Steve Smith
CEO
Steve is a native of Montana and is a graduate of the University of Montana.  He has a master's degree and is a certified public accountant.  Steve has 30 years of healthcare management experience in Washington and Nevada, and has been active on numerous boards, incuding the American Hospital Association, Washington State Hospital Association and Nevada Hospital Associaiton.  Steve is active in civic organizations, including Rotary and the Chamber of Commerce.  He enjoys bicycling, reading and hiking.

Larry Barclift
Controller
Larry has more than 25 years of experience in financial management. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of cost containment, budgeting and running profitable businesses.

Karen Stratton, RN M
Director of Quality/Risk Management
Karen has been in the health care industry for 15 years and brings her knowledge of regulatory and Joint Commission standards to HealthSouth Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital. Karen comes to the hospital from Canada after graduating from the University of New Brunswick with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She received a master’s degree in health sciences of nursing from Charles Sturt University in Australia.

Linda Woen
Director of Human Resources
Linda brings nine years of human resources experience to Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital.  After receiving her bachelor's degree in business administration from National University in San Diego, California, Linda completed her master's degree in human resources management with a minor in organizational leadership from Chapman University in San Diego. She is a Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM)-certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Rinely Aguiar-Olsen, M.D.
Medical Director
Rinely Aguiar-Olsen, MD, received her doctor of medicine from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and completed an internal medicine residency at Banner Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Ariz.  Dr. Aguiar-Olsen is board certified in internal medicine, and ACLS-BLS certified.

Margarita Manahan, MD
Dr. Manahan comes to Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital after working as chief resident with the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Manahan received her Doctor of Medicine degree and her undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manilla, Phillippines. She is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists, the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the New York Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

“Margarita is a talented PM&R physician and we’re thrilled that she’s joined our team at Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital,” said Medical Director Dr. Rinely Olsen. “Margarita’s arrival adds to our ability to improve lives after life altering events through expanding available inpatient and outpatient services.”

Brady Olsen, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Mr. Olsen received his bachelor's degree in nursing from Arizona State University and a master's degree in nursing/family nurse practitioner from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Olsen is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is BLS, PALS and ACLS certified.

Kristin Parra, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Kristin is a native of Yuma, Ariz. and received her nursing degree from Arizona Western College.  She is working toward her bachelor's degree in nursing through Jacksonville University.  Serving in various nursing positions, Kristin has been employed by Yuma Rehabilitation Hospital for five years. She is a member of the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses.
